The La Courte Oreilles Tribal College will be hosting a Tribal Technical Service Provider (TSP) Training on March 21-22. The training is intended to help participants become certified at Technical Service Providers, which a requirement for obtaining contracts under USDA’s Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS).
