USDA’s Socially Disadvantaged Farmers and Ranchers and Veteran Farmers and Ranchers Outreach Grant Program (2501) is currently accepting applications for projects that assist socially disadvantaged and veteran farmers and ranchers in owning and operating farms and ranches while increasing their participation in agricultural programs and services provided by the USDA.  $9.1 million is available for projects up to $400,000.  Applications are due April 13, 2015.
